Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

1. Support and advise on legal issues within the company, focusing on commercial and business law.
2. Review contracts and other legal documents (e.g., supplier declarations, corporate ethics declarations).
3. Monitor requirements related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and support internal departments in implementing these requirements.
4. Contribute to the expansion of the Compliance Management System and the implementation of company-wide compliance regulations.
5. Maintain and develop the legal register, including conducting risk assessments for new laws and issues.
6. Oversee new legal requirements.
7. Correspond with external consultants and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, Economics with a legal focus, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of German and European legal systems and regulations.
• Experience in reviewing contracts (e.g., confidentiality agreements, code of conduct).
• Professional experience in compliance, particularly in compliance management systems.
• Excellent understanding of economic contexts.
• Native-level German and fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
• Strong self-organization, precise, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills and high social competence.
