Regional Sales Director (DACH Region)

As the Regional Sales Director for the DACH region, you'll oversee direct sales efforts and work closely with our key partners. You'll also be responsible for mentoring a growing sales team and coordinating with our delivery and operational teams. Your responsibilities extend beyond acquiring new clients; you'll establish and maintain high-level relationships and gain insights into clients' business plans, enabling Fusion to contribute strategically.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Experience: Extensive experience in enterprise-level account management within German-speaking markets, preferably with SaaS solutions, either owning the technology or partnering with major enterprise software providers.
  • Expertise in Service Management: Understanding of Service Management software solutions, gained from current or previous roles.
  • Complex Sales Process: Skilled in managing intricate, long-term sales processes with multiple stakeholders across departments, with a proven track record of high-value sales.
  • Sales Methodology: Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC is highly preferred.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Strong skills in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.
Skills
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German for professional interactions and business English for communication within Fusion and with clients.
  • Career Stability and Development: Demonstrated long-term career stability and a view of this role as a long-term opportunity.
  • Sales Metrics and Collaboration: Understanding of key sales performance metrics and experience in collaborative environments.
