A Day in the Life of a Media Search Analyst

• Assess diverse task categories, including music, books, podcasts, video, and home pod evaluations across media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search results for App Store Content and conduct online research to assess query accuracy and intent, applying market expertise and directives to evaluate relevance and purpose.

Qualifications

No prior professional experience required. Candidates must pass basic requirements and a standard assessment process. This is a part-time, long-term project with ongoing quality checks.

Basic Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in German & English
• Residency in Germany for the past year and familiarity with current and historical media, business, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Germany
• An active email address linked to an Apple ID and experience with Apple products
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in applications, music, and video, with a keen interest in internet research
• Flexibility to work on diverse task types, including news, audio, and relevance assessments
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software
• Ability to work independently, adapt to new methodologies, and communicate effectively
• High School diploma or higher preferred; exceptional skills and talent are also considered
