Jobbeschreibung

The Client Solutions team aims to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best-in-class campaign services. Client Solution Managers possess a holistic understanding of TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic, and open to change. You will join a team of consultants and marketing and self-service platform experts, proactively driving the client’s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals, and campaign reactivations.

In this role, you will work closely with the Brand and Agency Partnerships team to deliver first-class service to clients. Success requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and providing custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, which combines technical and commercial knowledge.

  1. Assist the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, helping to grow existing businesses and manage relationships with key retail clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing).
  2. Analyze campaign performance data to offer data-driven insights, improve advertising offerings, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency.
  3. Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team.
  4. Manage custom programs or sponsorships internally and lead content campaigns to ensure timely asset distribution and delivery.
  5. Kick off campaigns with clients, managing timelines, assets, and opportunities for optimization.
  6. Serve as a product consultant, educating clients and agencies on solutions and best practices to grow business partnerships.
  7. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to create and implement creative ad solutions grounded in measurable results.
  8. Work with international product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
  9. Build scalable processes for the Client Solutions Management team.
  10. Coordinate with the campaign execution team to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate, and oversee reporting and optimization of campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, or digital advertising.
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech products.
  • Experience managing Paid Social or Paid Search campaigns for clients, agencies, or platforms.
  • Experience in managing performance and branding campaigns.
  • Client-facing experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, setup, and optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written English & German communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with clients in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement tools (Pixel, Events API, MMP, SKAN, etc.).
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with visualization tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues with product and engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape and social media.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven success in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working across multiple markets is a plus.
