The OT Applications Manager will drive digital transformation across their manufacturing network. This strategic, high-impact role focuses on automation, MES / MOMS systems, and IT / OT integration.

Location : Remote, Germany or Barcelona, Spain

What You’ll Do

1. Lead automation and digital manufacturing initiatives across multiple sites
2. Define and govern MES / MOMS architecture and strategy
3. Integrate OT platforms with IT systems (e.g., SAP)
4. Align stakeholders across OT, IT, security, and infrastructure
5. Drive standardization, governance, and global project delivery
6. Champion OT cybersecurity and regulatory alignment

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in process manufacturing (chemical / pharma preferred)
• Proven leadership in MES / MOMS, Delta-V, OSIsoft PI, and industrial IT platforms
• Familiarity with ISA-95, Purdue model, and OT cybersecurity frameworks (ISA / IEC 62443, NIST 800-82)
• Excellent communication, change leadership, and vendor management skills
