We are looking for a Compliance Manager who can assist Sigma Software in delivering top-tier information security and compliance expertise to our clients, ensuring adherence to C5 requirements.

Job Description

1. Lead and oversee compliance projects in accordance with C5
2. Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements
3. Lead and conduct comprehensive audits to ensure regulatory compliance
4. Provide recommendations for corrective actions
5. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to perform risk management
6. Develop, update, and implement advanced compliance training programs for employees across all levels
7. Support compliance managers in the awareness program
8. Investigate, resolve, and provide guidance on complex requests and complaints, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken
9. Investigate and implement automation of compliance processes

Qualifications

1. Strong expertise in C5
2. Proficiency in ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC2, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and DORA
3. 3+ years of experience in compliance management and implementation
4. Proven ability to understand and interpret compliance regulations
5. Experience in conducting audits and writing compliance policies
6. Proficiency in English
7. Experience with GRC/Compliance software (e.g., Vanta, Drata, etc.)

Would Be a Plus

• Knowledge of German
