General Description:

Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager (RFM), this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the served territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM) implements the marketing strategy and is responsible for achieving sales targets within an approved budget. The KAM supports and advises key account customers in an open-minded, honest, and appreciative manner.

Essential Functions:
  • Building BeiGene's brand awareness in the immune-oncology market in the territory
  • Providing scientific and distribution advice to hospital pharmacists and immune-oncologists
  • Achieving regional sales goals and performance metrics
  • Developing and executing commercial projects to optimize patient care, collaborating with key customers
  • Collaborating with Market Access, Customer Engagement, and other functions to support drug distribution and implementation
  • Organizing local symposia and workshops
  • Participating in local, national, and international meetings and symposia
  • Maintaining compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations
Qualifications:
  • Life science degree or equivalent experience, including pharmacy and health economics
  • At least 5 years of experience as a commercial representative in oncology or hospital markets
  • Knowledge of hospital drug distribution channels
  • Network and specific knowledge in solid tumors, especially with key customers
  • Strong alignment with BeiGene's values and mission
  • High social competence and teamwork skills
  • Motivated, solution-oriented, with a positive attitude
  • Willing to learn and develop continuously
  • Experience in marketing, project management, and digital skills
  • Success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 60%), valid driver’s license
