We are looking for a Business Development Manager (f/m/x) to join our People Organisation and Development Team, that focuses on improving AUTO1's capability through the alignment of business strategy, company structure, staffing plans, people programs, operations and business processes in our AUTO1 Group People Department. In this department we shape the way we work and help our team grow. AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform. We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de and AUTO1.com.

Support leadership managing the structure of their departments, including leadership positions, ensuring its alignment with our business goals and respect of our people policies.
Support leadership in operating on their Staffing Budget and ensure that the Staffing Plans respect budgets while supporting our growth plans.
Be responsible for processes surrounding the Payroll Managers, ensuring our staffing plans are properly executed: close and create positions, edit positions where needed and ensure that positions are made available for hire seamlessly to ensure optimal activities of our Talent Acquisition teams.
Collaborate in reviewing internal staffing events such as promotions and internal mobility.
Act as the primary point of contact for all position-related inquiries and provide excellent customer care.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, project management, or in a similar role, ideally with a background in People Projects
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive results.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
A strategic and highly analytical mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Excellent English language skills in both written and spoken; any other European language is a plus
