From acquisition to the expansion and maintenance of existing business, you will support our customers from a single source.

For our sales team, we are looking for reinforcement in the field as Sales Representative Air and Sea Freight (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:
  1. Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customers in a defined sales area
  2. Creating, processing, and coordinating offers and tenders in coordination with the respective departments
  3. Ensuring the documentation of all sales activities and business potential, progress, and success in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
  4. Collaborating with support functions and operational units
  5. Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs, and on social media
Your profile:
  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) with additional qualifications or further training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in field sales in the logistics industry
  • Product and market knowledge in air and sea freight
  • Market and competitive knowledge in your own sales area (desirable)
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications and experience with CRM systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English, both spoken and written
  • Team-oriented, yet independent, very structured working style
  • Negotiation skills and persuasiveness with a high degree of customer and solution orientation
  • Good presentation skills with a confident and authoritative demeanor
