Job Opening: Configuration Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking to strengthen our customer team in Weßling with a Configuration Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare technical repercussion sheets and change requests for decision and validation
• Coordinate and monitor progress on changes
• Prepare Technical Repercussion Sheets and MOD Proposal Dossiers for MOD closure
• Ensure the interface with stakeholders involved in the changes
• Prepare, organize, moderate, and document meetings

Requirements

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in Configuration Management / Change Management
• Experience with SA/LR/A350 programs
• Good knowledge of Change Management Processes
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to liaise with program departments, Design Office, manufacturing plants, FAL, Contracts, Certification, and Customer Support
• Team player with a collaborative attitude in a modern, technologically advanced environment with flat hierarchies
