Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our PPC channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our user acquisition efforts. You will also oversee partnerships with major platform providers and report on performance metrics.

• Develop and execute strategies for all PPC channels
• Coordinate with BI and Product teams for tracking and attribution
• Manage creative production based on campaign insights
• Create testing roadmaps to improve campaign efficiency
• Manage relationships with strategic marketing partners like Google, Microsoft, and Apple
• Report performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and other teams to shape overall PPC strategy

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition, especially in app-based businesses
• Deep knowledge of PPC channels and digital marketing ecosystem
• Expertise in setting up and managing advanced tracking and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets in the six-figure range
• Growth mindset and leadership qualities
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus
