Are you a connector by nature – someone who gets creators excited and makes collaborations happen? We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life through high-performing, creator-led partnerships.


In this role, you’ll work hands-on to find the right influencers, turn them into advocates, and manage campaigns from first contact to final post. It’s a performance-oriented role with clear goals – but also a chance to help shape how people discover and talk about Freda.

Aufgaben
  • Identify and engage authentic creators with strong communities who align with our brand values and strategic goals across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).
  • Build and maintain close and long-term partnerships with our creators.
  • Lead negotiations with creators and agencies, leveraging strong people skills and a deep understanding of platforms in the influencer ecosystem.
  • Manage the entire partnership process, including initial contact, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management with creators and their management teams.
  • Clearly manage the expectations of creators and agencies, providing constructive feedback on performance to ensure successful and economically viable partnerships.
Qualifikation
  • You are experienced: 1–3 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience and demonstrated success in a D2C or high-growth brand environment.
  • You are performance-minded: You care about results and approach influencer marketing with a test-learn-iterate mindset. Your decisions are guided by data and you know how to balance creativity with commercial impact. You’re comfortable thinking in returns, margins, and contribution to overall growth.
  • You are hands-on: You love managing the details, driving things forward, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You are organized: You can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and keep partners on track.
  • You are a good communicator: You know how to brief, follow up, and keep creators motivated and informed.
  • You are a negotiator: You find joy in negotiating and have a proven ability to secure the best possible terms for collaborations.
  • You are a relationship builder: You have a proven ability to establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with creators and agencies that align with brand values. Fluency in German and English is required.
