About the role

The Product Coordinator is responsible for all product-specific marketing and planning activities spanning multiple product groups within the Business Group Marketing team. The Product Coordinator has the capability to bring cross-functional teams together and streamline product introductions to the market, interfacing with different departments to provide business data in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner.

The Product Coordinator contributes to the expansion and management of our vast portfolio, supporting product managers to maintain a live view of each product's lifecycle stage, from inception to end-of-life scenarios. A particular focus is to plan and manage Product Changes internally and externally to enhance customer value (either through cost reduction or performance increase).

What you will do

  1. MVA Program Coordination: Support and coordinate all MVA programs in close collaboration with BG Operations across various product groups to ensure alignment with business objectives within the Business Group.
  2. Customer Roadmap Definition: Adjust Product Roadmaps towards targeted segments to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage market intelligence information and workflow, and introduce new ways of working into the marketing teams.
  3. PCN Management: Support and coordinate all MVA programs across various product groups to ensure alignment with business objectives within the business group Bipolar Discretes. Track and report the PCN project status to management, initiate actions for pending PCNs, optimize the PCN process (including KPI definition), interface with Customer & BG Quality for PCN sample planning, and manage all Product Change Notifications for timely stakeholder communication.
  4. NPI Coordination: Provide an overview of all NPIs across Product Groups and coordinate with marketing communications to ensure effective communication and marketing strategies.
  5. Price Book Coordination: Ensure all NPIs are accurately reflected in collaboration with the pricing team. Collaborate with Regional Commercial Marketing to coordinate processes, negotiations, and changes.
  6. Support Master Data Changes: Work closely with Master Data Management teams to ensure data integrity linked to MVA, PCN, NPI roadmaps.

What you will need

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing Operations or similar, depending on educational credentials
  • Good understanding of Semiconductor industry and Distribution-related business processes is highly beneficial
  • Proven experience with BI tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Team player with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
