Your tasks are:

• Line Manager for a large team which develops software for patient engagement
• Mentor and motivate your team members
• Recruitment and selection of employees
• Performance Management
• Ensure installability, portability, scalability, maintainability, and serviceability
• Contribute to roadmap creation and ensure delivery according to roadmap
• Work with both local and international product teams

You’ll bring in:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or information systems or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Experience in management and/or working with agile development teams
• Leadership mentality
• Knowledge of at least 3 of these technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Go, JavaEE, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL
• Practical experience in developing enterprise applications with web technologies
• Experience in the healthcare domain is beneficial
• Knowledge in developing Web and Desktop Applications
• Strong oral and written English skills
