As a Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/d) in the Global Digital Marketing & Sales Operations Team, you will be responsible for generating and preparing data-driven insights for marketing, service, and sales activities. Your role involves aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data from various sources to optimize the customer journey, improve marketing and lead generation campaigns, enhance call center management processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting customer journey analyses using Global Digital Marketing data to identify trends and derive actionable recommendations.
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and reports in Power BI and Google Sheets for KPI visualization and monitoring.
• Automating and optimizing data processes while ensuring data quality using Python, SQL, and Databricks.
• Supporting marketing teams with planning, forecasting, and monitoring KPIs.
• Creating country-specific analyses to drive growth and optimize digital marketing channels in individual markets.
• Collaborating with Data Engineering and Data Science teams within Viessmann IT.
• Preparing presentations, reports, and summaries for stakeholders.

Qualifications include:

• A degree in business administration, economics, data science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, CRM, or similar areas.
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of statistics and data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, Databricks, and ideally Python, SQL.
• Experience analyzing CRM, call center, or performance marketing data.
• Ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.
• Independent, structured work style and ability to work in an international, cross-functional team.
• Language skills in German and English (C1 level or higher).
