What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain a positive work environment through leadership, development, coaching, and motivating your store team.
  • Organize merchandise management and ensure attractive product presentation in the sales area.
  • Optimize, control, and implement all relevant processes and sales procedures.
  • Take responsibility for sales and results of your store.
  • Ensure proper use of our inventory and cash register systems.
  • Manage sales, analysis, and personnel planning.
