What you’ll be doing :

  • Building genuine relationships with prospects and turning curiosity into qualified pipeline
  • Creating and executing smart outbound strategies – not just hitting the phones for the sake of it
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to feed insight back into the business
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the tech and translating that into clear value for customers
  • Qualifying opportunities and handing over to the closing team

What you’ll need :

  • 2-3 years of experience in an SDR or similar outbound sales role – ideally in a scale-up
  • Strong understanding of cyber or network security
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • A proactive, curious and resilient approach – you’ll need to be self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset
