What you will do:

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Account Manager to manage our Go-to-Market activities led by our headquarters in Germany to grow the Middle Eastern Market. This role encompasses Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, with a primary focus on driving user growth through sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and growing a customer portfolio, owning the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the Middle Eastern territory, balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to new and existing customers to explain value, demonstrate solutions, and convert prospects.
  • Work independently with support from leadership to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform account forensics to enable a data-driven sales approach tailored to each customer.
  • Execute strategic sales plays specific to customer profiles.
  • Follow up on leads and inbound requests, optimizing trial conversions.
  • Localize and execute marketing campaigns with central support.
  • Enable post-deal product adoption through trainings supported by the enablement team.
  • Monitor customer health to prevent churn and drive customer success.

Your profile:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role (e.g., account management, sales, customer success, business development) in SaaS/software or tech, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • University Degree in business, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in the Middle East with a successful track record in account management or sales.
  • Experience navigating organizational structures of large customers.
  • Knowledge of GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach.io).
  • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Interest in understanding think-cell’s product; experience with think-cell is a plus.
  • Ability to undertake product demonstrations to maximize adoption.
  • Ability to create business cases demonstrating ROI.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Dubai 3 days a week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional European languages are a plus.
