Position: Supply Chain Expert Project Manager - Sourcing Optimization (f/m/d)

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our SE team as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-impact projects across the entire sourcing process for various product and service categories in collaboration with the business units.
• Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to improve supply chain quality.
• Manage projects with a focus on achieving high-quality results and meeting milestones.
• Work with negotiation experts and category teams to refine sourcing strategies.
• Create targeted communication and decision templates for senior management regarding sourcing activities.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields; additional qualifications like PhD or MBA are welcome.
• Several years of hands-on project management experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management; consulting experience in strategic procurement is also valued.
• Strong analytical skills and high-level project management capabilities to oversee complex, interdisciplinary projects.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
