Your Role

At our location in Gärtringen, we are seeking a new team member for our High-Tech Solution Center. As a Commercial/Rates Expert, you will serve as the central contact point between operational departments and our customers.

Your Responsibilities

1. Serve as the commercial escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders on relevant topics within the Commercial department.
2. Support multimodal rate schemes (Ocean/Rail/Road/Air/Sea-Air) within Rate Card Management activities.
3. Lead freight tenders, including analysis, preparation, and processing.
4. Create presentations for customers and business partners.
5. Negotiate rates internally and externally.
6. Collaborate with customers and Kuehne+Nagel country organizations in an international environment.
7. Support and collaborate on projects.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Degree in freight forwarding, logistics services, or a comparable field.
• Understanding of logistics processes.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
