The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

We are seeking a Digital & Web Marketing students (d/f/m) who support us in strengthening the brand of Personio.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Trial Accounts: Maintain and optimise our trial account in all languages and add new languages based on market needs
• Content Management: Support in creation of follow up email campaigns and in-app content materials for trial leads in alignment with marketing and sales teams based on market needs and maturity
• Process Automation: Automate manual processes to save Sales reps time and increase conversion rates
• Website Content Management: Support our website operations team in building new pages on our website or making website updates
• Performance Marketing: Help our Performance Marketing team to run the best performance marketing campaigns throughout multiple paid marketing channels
• Growth Marketing: Support in developing an industry-leading product-led customer acquisition strategy

Your Learnings:

• Get creative and expand your expertise in a specific area within the digital marketing field, such as content marketing, lead generation, or product-led growth. etc.
• Contribute with your own ideas to improve processes and efficiency by taking care of end-to-end responsibilities within your field of experience
• Understanding of brand management and how to maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials
• Time management and project management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Learn how to operate successfully in a team, and effective strategies for collaboration with many stakeholders

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

We are looking for students who are passionate about digital marketing, tech and process automation and enjoy collaborating with many different stakeholders.

Hard Skills:

• You are a registered student in an area such as marketing, media, communication studies, or similar.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships in the field of branding and marketing
• Ideally, some experience in the B2B environment
• English is required, as we are a European company
• You ideally have experience in relevant tools and programs (Contentful, Hubspot, Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar)

Soft Skills:

• You like to communicate and work in a structured way and take responsibility
• You are proactive and eager to learn
• You are well organized and keen to deliver high-quality work
• You have a good sense for communicating messages to target groups
• Good analytical skills with the ability to understand information and work with different tools very quickly.

• Tech-savvy mindset with get-stuff-done mentality to tackle any tasks that enable our team to work smoothly

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
• Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
