Join Our Team

As a member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships. Your role involves selling our services to new businesses and consumers, playing a vital part in reimagining the labor market to be inclusive and efficient.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Connect easily with potential clients.
  • Meet KPIs, deadlines, and monthly targets with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Previous experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are assets.
