As a member of project teams, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s HCM product across a varied portfolio of customers. You'll act as a trusted advisor, leading or supporting the implementation of one or multiple HCM functional streams on various projects.

What you will achieve in your first 12 – 24 months

You will have opportunities to learn and achieve many things as a Workday Consultant. Your journey may include:

• Completing Workday Core HCM & Practical Certification training in your first month, followed by Specialist Certification within 6 months;
• Gaining practical experience through active project engagements under the guidance of senior staff;
• Collaborating with Data and Integration Consultants for seamless project execution;
• Understanding Workday’s implementation methodology at each project stage, including gathering requirements, translating them into solutions, and supporting testing and deployment activities;
• Working on 1-3 full-cycle implementation projects within your first year;
• Building on your knowledge through additional training and project experiences in your second year.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• At least 3 years of consulting experience, either internally or with a consulting/software company;
• 3 years of relevant educational qualifications or experience supporting or implementing HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning solutions;
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time under normal circumstances.
