As our Head of CEF Strategy & Footprint Development, your role will involve:

1. The management of the focus topic development and further planning of the global CEF strategy.

2. Consideration and incorporation of new business processes and models into the roadmap.

3. Strategic planning of areas such as VTS, DOS, IT, T&I, COM organizations, and product management.

4. Continuous analysis and evaluation of market and competition trends.

5. Leading, motivating and developing subordinate employees in accordance with the company's management principles.

As our Head of CEF Strategy & Footprint Development, you will ideally have:

1. A successfully completed university degree in International Business / Management, Engineering or a comparable course of study.

2. At least three years of leadership experience (projects/teams) in an international context.

3. Methodological knowledge as well as knowledge of strategy and roadmap planning are an advantage.
