As part of Zalando Marketing Services, Marketing Operations Creative is an in-house agency specializing in strategic creative and influencer marketing solutions at scale for brand partners.

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to expand the ZMS Creative business within the Sport & Premium Portfolio by managing strategic accounts and helping them achieve long-term marketing success through holistic, tailored solutions. The portfolio includes sports brands such as Adidas, Puma, ASICS, Lululemon, ON, etc. In this role, you will drive and implement high-level campaigns, collaborating with top fashion brands alongside Zalando Marketing Services Partner Consultants and Partner Solution Managers.

The team is dynamic and ambitious, comprising over 80 colleagues from diverse international backgrounds, working on sales project management and marketing under the leadership of Team Leads and the Managing Director.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Be the primary contact for our brand partners and ZMS Partner Consultants; support account growth by consulting on effective campaigns, including creative production and influencer activations, leading to successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and tech teams, acting as project owner for briefs from brands, assisting in concept creation, and making campaign recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and act as a marketing consultant throughout the campaign lifecycle, from strategic input to creative briefing and execution.
  • Manage planning, timelines, approvals, and content deliverables for campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Autonomously manage influencer marketing campaigns and creative projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance to optimize strategies, content delivery, and internal processes, while developing new approaches.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by aligning timelines and strategies with brand partners and Zalando.
  • Understand the strategic needs of your brands to offer suitable marketing solutions from our service portfolio, fostering productive business and stakeholder relationships.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 3 years of account or project management experience in online marketing, preferably at an advertising, influencer marketing agency, publisher, or eCommerce company.
  • Passion for digital and influencer marketing, with a solid understanding of online campaign workflows and a proven track record of managing impactful, complex 360-degree campaigns.
  • Creative thinker capable of developing holistic marketing concepts and pitching them effectively to clients, negotiating for higher budgets.
  • Strong customer focus, proactive attitude, and the ability to anticipate client needs; hands-on mentality and quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and stay composed under pressure.

Experience & Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk, HTML, SEO, and related tools. Skills in graphics design, copywriting, creative concepts, advertising, communication, art direction, and familiarity with QuarkXPress are desired.
