The Position: You will connect strategies with innovative technical possibilities to prepare our client's customers for the digital future. Responsibilities include:

1. Project management
2. Working in multidisciplinary project teams and agile environments
3. Topics such as Omnichannel, digital transformation, AI, Big Data, Process Mining, OPEX, Fin-Insurtechs, etc.
4. Insurance consulting
5. Implementation of digital transformation projects
6. Supporting clients in developing and implementing innovative, customer-oriented sales, service, and digitalization strategies

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field
• Five to seven years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, the insurance industry, startups, or Fin-Insurtech
• Experience as a project leader
• Expertise in insurance processes and topics
• Passion for new technologies and trends, and their meaningful application in the insurance industry
• Analytical skills and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
