Our client , a global leader in industrial materials, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to strengthen their commercial presence across the DACH region. You’ll be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving sales growth, and supporting strategic market development across a broad product portfolio, including :

  • Foundry Products

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute the commercial strategy and grow market share in the region
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers; drive cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and implement account plans for key clients
  • Proactively follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Track account performance and offtake using CRM tools
  • Analyze market trends and contribute to budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide administrative support to the German office as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong commercial profile with technical acumen (80 / 20 split)
  • 7-8+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales (e.g., ferroalloys, silicon, foundry, steel, aluminium, chemicals)
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships and manage complex customer portfolios
  • Fluent in German and English ; excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, digital platforms, and customer interfaces
  • Collaborative mindset and ease in cross-functional environments (plants, customer service, finance, IT, etc.)
