An established industry player is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager for EMEA to drive growth in specialty adhesives and coatings. This role combines technical sales with key account management, focusing on energy-curable materials for sectors like Medical, Automotive, and Aerospace. You will be responsible for building relationships with B2B customers, managing a regional customer base, and demonstrating the unique selling points of innovative products. A leading manufacturer of high performance specialty adhesives and coatings is searching for a proactive, independent Territory Sales Manager for EMEA as the business continues its expansion into new and existing markets.
This is a global business with facilities in Europe, North America and Asia, serving a diverse customer base with adhesives, coatings and related equipment for specialty markets. This position will focus on energy-curable materials for Medical, Automotive, Electronics and Aerospace segments. The company is well-known in their niche sector, and are agile and well-positioned to adapt to the changing landscape of the adhesives and general manufacturing industry.
The position will see you combine technical sales and key account management of a predefined set of customers across Germany, Benelux, France, Spain and Africa. Working closely with the Application Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering against sales targets aligned with regional objectives, through development of relationships at all levels within the customer (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Development, etc). You will be interfacing directly with leading organisations from Medical Device OEMs and Electronics manufacturers to Tiered Automotive, Aerospace and Defence suppliers, offering products to enable rapid bonding and assembly of critical components.
This is an independent sales position, where organisation and proactivity are crucial, using your time and resources wisely to cover as many customers as possible and maintain regular face-to-face contact. You will be responsible for managing pipeline, updating and reporting from the CRM, and sharing relevant leads and opportunities with colleagues. Working closely with Application Engineers, it’s imperative you demonstrate the unique selling points of the company’s innovative products, and really sell value . You should be visible in the market, attending industry events and partnering with academic institutions where possible, and keeping on top of VoC and VoM feedback.
