Logistics Controller

We are looking for you with ... a big affinity for logistics, customer service, reporting, experience working with various stakeholders, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring

• Contribute to Logistics budget construction and monitor expenses.
• Manage and optimize performance (KPIs, Reporting).
• Ensure activity continuity, proper traceability, and reporting.

Operations

• Coordinate e-warehouse and transportation, ensuring cooperation with peers and 3PLs.
• Participate in planning for replenishment, launches, and animations for e-stores.
• Plan and optimize daily operations resources and medium-term capacities versus activities.
• Deploy short-term and daily activities to ensure efficient response to e-logistics strategies.
• Steer warehouse processes for on-time in and out flows and accuracy.
• Manage and lead continuous improvement projects with 3PLs and DHL to optimize services, reduce costs, and improve customer experience, aligning with environmental policies.

Customer Service

• Manage customer returns and claims clearance with the CS team.
• Steer customer service performance and optimize outcomes.
• Apply company rules and guidelines daily.
