Senior Solutions Engineer (m/f/x) – Search and Discovery Platform

Location: Germany (Remote)

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Teams and prospects on solution evaluation and adoption.
• Understand customer goals and communicate how our solutions meet them.
• Support sales activities, including demos, POCs, RFP responses, and business cases.
• Create custom search applications using the company's tools and ecosystem.
• Represent customer interests and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams for onboarding.

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English.
• Passionate about solving customer problems.
• 5-7 years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple customers and demands.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments with $50M+ ARR.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing mockups/wireframes/UI with tools like Photoshop or Sketch.
