As a Business Course Writer at the Cardano Foundation, you will be responsible for crafting educational material tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences in Enterprise. The ideal candidate will not only have a passion for blockchain but also possess a strong business acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences (business leaders, decision makers).

Working within the Education Team, you will have the ability to produce high quality, technically accurate, and engaging educational content that drives adoption and understanding of the Cardano blockchain.

In this role you will report directly to the Director of Cardano Academy and have the following responsibilities:

Research and Writing:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on blockchain technology for business and industry trends, as well as emerging developments with the technology to inform course content and curriculum design.

Maintain a robust understanding of how blockchain is being used in industry, for business leaders and organizations.

Understand the business value and practical applications of blockchain technology and be able to articulate how it can drive innovation, streamline processes, and create tangible business value for our primary target audience, namely Enterprise and Government.

Write clear, concise, and compelling educational content that communicates the business value of blockchain in a manner accessible to senior stakeholders within enterprise organizations.

Simplify technical blockchain content into common language texts, real world analogies and examples that are easy for Executives, Key Stakeholders and Decision Makers from Enterprise to understand the value of blockchain adoption and digital transformation.

Ensure the accuracy and technical precision of course content by verifying information with reputable sources and subject matter experts.

Stay abreast of advancements in blockchain technology, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks, updating course materials accordingly to reflect the latest trends and developments.

Develop an internal network within the Foundation to identify key people, from Product, Business Development, Legal, Engineering and other departments to understand the products they build, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is incorporated into course materials.

Training and Education:

Understanding and application of pedagogical principles for active learning in online or hybrid environments

Experience in designing and writing course content, particularly in a business to business setting focused on blockchain technology.

Work with the Education and Business Development Manager to develop and refine blockchain-focused course outlines and materials tailored for a business to business audience.

Create educational content on Blockchain for Business, including but not limited to: training materials, masterclasses and online courses.

Work with the Education Manager on initiatives to continually improve the educational offerings based on participant feedback and industry developments.

Work with the Education Manager to evaluate learner feedback, performance metrics, and industry developments to continuously refine and improve course content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes.

Review and edit content created by others to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality, as well as tone of voice alignment with the Cardano Academy brand.

Attend and contribute to team meetings and participate in collaborative projects.

Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the Cardano Foundation's educational initiatives, playing a key role in shaping the direction and impact of blockchain education for enterprise audiences worldwide.

Your story:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or content creation, with a focus on blockchain technology.

Proven experience in simplifying technical content into easy to understand business level output (textual and visual) for non-technical, business audiences with little different levels of knowledge on the topic.

Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and their practical applications in enterprise settings, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging and influencing senior audiences within enterprise organizations with training.

Proficiency in using educational technology tools, learning management systems, and multimedia software for content creation and delivery.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to drive innovation, streamline processes, and create tangible business value for enterprise organizations.
