Qualifikationen

  • Full time, 100% home office or at our location Andreasstraße 10, 10243 Berlin
  • Working hours: Monday - Sunday, 08:00 – 24:00
  • Languages: Turkish (C2), English (B2)
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Salary: up to 2,500€ gross/month

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests, responding appropriately based on the situation.
  • Communicate via different channels (phone, email, chat) to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Use various tools and systems to identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain KPIs to improve customer support efficiency.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and escalate issues to technical teams when needed.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a good match if you:

  • Have very good Turkish (C2) and good English (B2) skills in speech and writing.
  • Are service-oriented, communicative, and friendly.
  • Are confident using a PC.
  • Have prior experience in a service organization (desired).
  • Are familiar with social media and active on them.
  • Are familiar with online advertising products/vendors.
  • Can multitask and work under pressure.
  • Are a fast learner and diligent.
  • Can provide background checks (education, employment references).
  • Reside in Germany. Note: applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg cannot be considered even with secondary residence elsewhere.

Ideally, you also have:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Online advertising experience (a plus).
