A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will directly impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies. We lead the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Work with a team of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable healthcare worldwide. This role is based in Germany, primarily remote, with extensive travel (80-100%) across Germany and Western Europe, providing valuable international experience and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan training programs with the Sales Manager and other teams for customer education
• Provide technical support regarding CAS products and procedures
• Assist sales and marketing teams during product presentations and launches
• Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights
• Document product-related issues, customer complaints, and legal concerns
• Complete administrative tasks, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills across organizational levels
• Attention to detail and focus on quality

Experience in medical devices and hospital environments is highly valued.
