Flexis, formed from the joint venture between Renault Group, Volvo Group, and CMA / CGM in April 2024, is a European mobility solutions OEM based in France. Flexis designs, develops, and manufactures a new generation of 100% electric commercial vans and provides fleet management solutions based on a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture.

The Start Of Production (SOP) of the first Flexis vehicles is planned for April 2026.

We aim to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.

We are a diverse team looking to grow to over 140 collaborators within the next six months across three launch markets.

Our goal is to reach sales exceeding EUR 2 billion. We think big and act quickly, operating at the intersection of electric vehicles and the digital world.

Job Description

As one of the first members of the German team, you will strategically open the market for our innovative product in the urban logistics / last mile delivery segment in the Northern region.

Your responsibilities :
  • Market development: Launch and grow the market for our product in your region.
  • Inspire innovation: Promote digitalized, interconnected solutions to reduce urban logistics CO₂ footprints.
  • Customer acquisition: Identify prospects, acquire high-value projects, and secure new customers.
  • Lead management: Manage leads from our investor network.
  • Customer care: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Needs analysis: Understand customer requirements from vehicle deployment to online integration.
  • Solution development: Collaborate with customers and project teams to develop tailored solutions that optimize processes and reduce CO₂ emissions.
  • Contract negotiations: Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.
  • Market observation: Monitor market trends and competition activities.
Qualifications

What you bring :

  • Motivation: A personal drive to use skills for a sustainable world.
  • Professional experience: Background in key account management or sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, leasing, fleet management, electromobility, or automotive software.
  • Project sales: Ability to acquire and manage high-value projects, leading complex negotiations.

  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset aiming for better solutions.
  • Digital proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools like Salesforce, and remote work.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English; international team experience preferred.
