As a member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product quality, working with industry-standard tools, building test setups, and enhancing automation frameworks. Experience with telco test equipment, IMS, LTE networks, and related protocols is ideal.

We seek a remote Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) to work with technologies such as 4G, LTE, Transport networking, TCP/UDP, VoIP, Video/IP protocols across cloud platforms like Docker/Kubernetes.

Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Participate in System Testing: Plan, perform, and execute functional, non-functional, and load testing, including exploratory and automated approaches.
• Automated Testing: Develop and conduct automated tests using simulation tools.
• Problem Analysis and Debugging: Analyze and debug issues across complex solutions.
• Automated Test Execution: Write and run automated tests with in-house frameworks and tools like SIPp, IxLoad, Seagull.
• Quality Assurance and Regression Testing: Ensure quality and readiness of features through regression testing.
• Framework Development and Debugging: Improve our Python-based testing framework.
• Process Improvement: Refine testing processes and drive innovation.

Requirements

Our Ideal New Colleague:

• Hands-on QA Experience: Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
• Test Automation Expertise: Experience in automation design, load testing, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Test Environment Setup: Experience in configuring test environments.
• Programming and Scripting: Skills in Python and Bash.

• Agile/Scrum Experience
• Modern Testing Approaches
• Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes
• Telecom industry experience, especially SIP and Diameter
• Experience with industry tools like SIPp, Postman
