Nutanix is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Central Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with channel partners throughout the territory.

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a high-impact, prominent role. You will be responsible for establishing Nutanix as an innovative technical and business leader in the channel and for helping close a growing number of transactions within your region. Your role will be a mix of technical and commercial skills, focusing on technical and business solution selling, sales enablement, and relationship building.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, enable, and drive new partners in the country/territory.
  2. Engage with the regional sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  3. Drive and close deals collaboratively with sales teams and channel partners.
  4. Leverage technical expertise, account management skills, and partner focus on technical and business solutions.
  5. Present Nutanix solutions' value propositions to partners and assist in field meetings, demos, and offers.
  6. Manage and deliver technical enablement plans tied to measurable outcomes (sales & engineering certifications).
  7. Demonstrate Nutanix solutions to develop partner capabilities.
  8. Identify and collaborate on solution bundles for verticals like VDI, Private Cloud, DR, Big Data, Healthcare, Education, etc.
About You
  1. Thorough understanding of Application Virtualization, Server Virtualization, Networking, Storage, and Platform Performance/Sizing.
  2. Ability to maintain relationships across sales, technical, and marketing resources at all partner levels.
  3. Strong sales techniques, including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, and closing deals.
  4. Ability to train partner technical resources for demos and offers.
  5. Forecasting and managing the channel sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  6. Dependable, self-motivated, quick learner of new products and technologies.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. High level of sales and product knowledge.
  9. 5-8 years of sales experience, solution selling, or reseller management.
  10. Experience in high-tech sales environments with a successful track record of driving technology adoption and channel sales.
