eMobility Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. handles research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars and manages the entire aftersales business for genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai and Kia in Europe.

Your profile
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, logging, and simulation tools, as well as relevant software applications.
  • At least two years of professional experience in high-voltage (HV) systems and components, including analysis and evaluation expertise.
  • Strong expertise in engineering and reverse engineering processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex systems and data.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Proven experience in management roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle challenging environments and situations.

Possession of High Voltage Level 3S certification.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Forecast regular field claim data analysis and identify the need for improvements, initiating the necessary steps.
  • Investigate directly with customers on vehicles in the EU to confirm symptoms, conditions, and surrounding factors related to the part, system, vehicle, environment, and customer behavior.
  • Manage the recovery of the required quantity of claim parts to start the improvement process promptly, aiming for early finalization; optimize the process for responsible parts and procedures.
  • Conduct initial analysis of claim parts in our lab to identify root causes, preventing unnecessary work at HQ, which continues with detailed second analyses and improvements.
  • Review and understand the details of improvements, evaluate their efficiency actively, and monitor recurrence rates in the field through proper data analysis.
  • Compare annual benchmark data of competitors' parts and systems, analyzing specifications, functions, etc., to improve or adjust our parts and systems.
  • Support the development of European investigation and analysis methods and processes, independently of HQ, and continuously improve for better collaboration with HQ Quality Assurance.
  • Negotiate, train, and support European suppliers in technical and quality matters, including change requests using internally accepted methods.
  • Collaborate and report regularly to MOBIS internal teams, departments, plants, HQ, customers (Hyundai, Kia, Genesis), and suppliers.
  • Flexibly support activities with OE, other teams, and departments, adapting to new technical and management requirements as needed.
