Job Description

The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Net New MRR: You are responsible for generating new, recurring net revenue by closing medium-sized business customers (50-200 employees) in Germany.
  • Prospecting: You manage your own "book of business" and develop outreach strategies to fill your pipeline.
  • Qualification: You conduct thorough discovery and understand key metrics to qualify leads through MEDDIC.
  • Internal Collaboration: You work with SDRs supporting your pipeline activities, as well as with other internal stakeholders like Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Project Management: You guide potential customers through their evaluation process, influence decision criteria, and support building business cases that trigger actions in complex purchasing centers.
  • CRM and Data: You maintain data hygiene in our CRM, create accurate forecasts, and make data-driven decisions in your sales funnel.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a B2B closing role within SaaS.
  • Proven success as an Account Executive (or in an end-to-end sales role).
  • Experience in lead generation through outbound activities.
  • Excellent skills in engaging with executives and managers involved in decision-making (MEDDIC).
  • A "get-things-done" mentality, enthusiasm, and a confident, composed demeanor.
  • Team player willing to learn from others and share experiences.
  • Native-level German skills and very good English skills.
