What To Expect
  • As a team member of the German sales team, your area of responsibility will include the establishment and expansion of our sales activities in South-east Germany (Bavaria) as well as Austria. Through a high level of personal responsibility and flexibility, you have the opportunity to make a difference.
  • Acquisition (identification, qualification, and acquisition) of new customers (and existing customers).
  • Support and commercial development of existing customers.
  • Identification of customer requirements and development of technical and commercial solutions in cooperation with existing resources.
  • Representing this area at trade fairs and other events.
  • Maintenance and use of the CRM system (Salesforce).
What You Bring To The Table
  • Degree in industrial engineering/electrical engineering or comparable training.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales.
  • High technical affinity; expertise in drive technology is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Pioneering spirit, flexibility, and pronounced negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and high willingness to travel (at least 50%).
  • Good knowledge of English and German languages.
