Location: The position is flexible in terms of location (AT, DE, HU, UK, Baltic States, TR, remote).

Type of employment: Unlimited, full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and collaborate strategically with regional and local management teams.
2. Advise and support on all legal matters within an international logistics group, especially in transport and logistics law focusing on Eastern Europe and the UK.
3. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
4. Support corporate law activities for business units.
5. Manage relationships with external legal advisors.
6. Participate in cross-divisional projects.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a large law firm, a transport and logistics law firm, or an in-house legal environment.
• Experience in transport and logistics law.
• Fully qualified lawyer (State exam, MA, BA, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Willingness to travel.
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of Eastern European languages is a plus but not mandatory.
