Your role

1. You will be supporting establishing and expanding a group-wide Business Unit partnering out of the headquarter across all continents for our Business Unit “Plant Based Nutrition”.
2. You will support the Business Unit by developing digital solutions tailor-made based on their needs for commercial Position Management and Pricing.
3. You will further develop the steering concept for our Global Trading Platform and Pricing Tools together with IT colleagues.
4. You will further develop the existing data models and reporting architecture along Trading and Pricing, always with an eye on digitalization and new technologies (SAP Fiori, SAP BW).
5. You monitor and analyze strategic and operational goals.
6. You support the optimization of our demand, inventory and supply forecasting and management.
7. You support annual planning & target setting for KPIs including but not limited to Presold Gross-Margin, Inventory Levels, Target Margins, etc.

Your profile

1. You have successfully completed your degree in business administration (or comparable).
2. You see controlling and pricing as the driving force of corporate management and believe in the value of data and IT.
3. You are used to acting as a business partner in an international corporate environment.
4. You like to run Project Management in context primarily with IT along with the business.
5. Ideally you have relevant experience with controlling tools (SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel).
6. You are characterized by strong analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension and sound communication skills.
7. You would like to self-actualize in an international team.
8. Your working languages are English and preferably also German.
