Now at an exciting inflection point, AudioStack seeks an ambitious individual to join our diverse international team, which includes experts in tech, voice synthesis R&D, and business.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Account Executive to drive our business development in the DACH region. This role involves selling AudioStack's AI-driven, end-to-end audio production infrastructure for audio and video ad solutions to media vendors, creative and production agencies, media agencies, and programmatic tech partners. You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint, building partnerships, and increasing our presence in this high-potential region.

You will work independently with remote senior commercial support, helping to elevate AudioStack's growth to the next level.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  1. DACH Sales & Revenue Generation
    • Own revenue generation in the DACH region, focusing on B2B Enterprise sales
    • Identify, prospect, and engage with media, creative, production agencies, audio/video publishers, DSPs, and adtech vendors in DACH
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, aiming to accelerate revenue growth
    • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  2. Client Relationships & Account Management
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and publishers
    • Maintain and grow existing accounts while seeking new opportunities
  3. Collaboration & Independence
    • Manage your sales pipeline and clients independently, collaborating with senior leadership for strategic support
    • Provide regular updates and insights on market developments to remote senior management
  4. Growth & Scalability
    • Identify new revenue streams, accelerate client acquisition, and support AudioStack's growth in DACH
Key Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in adtech, with a focus on programmatic advertising in audio/video formats
  • Successful track record selling to media agencies and publishers in DACH
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising technology and media landscape
  • Strong network within media agencies and publishers in DACH
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, with experience collaborating with senior teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented approach
  • Technical understanding of AudioStack's platform and AI audio production technology
  • Native German skills
