- Achieve sales targets for MVTec Taiwan, drive new customer acquisition, and expand the existing customer base.
- Lead the local sales team, establishing and growing MVTec Taiwan as a successful subsidiary.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with HQ, ensuring effective execution.
- Generate leads, identify opportunities, and manage complex customer relationships independently.
- Collaborate with German headquarters on sales processes, reporting, and events.
- Build a strong understanding of MVTec's software products, branding, and market applications in Taiwan.
You require:
- Proven leadership in managing accounts and sales teams.
- Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in machine vision or related fields.
- Track record of overachieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
- Experience in contract negotiations and offer management.
- Technical interest in machine vision software and proactive business development skills.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Taiwanese market and local branch experience is preferred.
