Your tasks

  • Reporting and analysis of HR KPIs (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary authorizations management)
  • Participating in HR tools deployment and policy implementation, leading business transformation projects related to legal restructuring or carve-in/out regarding tools and HR processes impacts
  • Supporting the HR4HR team in activities such as HR process and policy deployment, HR partnering with the business

Your qualifications

  • a degree in business administration
  • HR operational experience with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen
  • strong information management systems skills and knowledge of data analytics
  • knowledge of SAP and MS applications
  • team-oriented mindset
  • creativity and problem-solving skills
  • ability to communicate and influence diverse audiences, including senior management, with strong networking skills
