What we are looking for:

• Order processing in the area of factory repairs, new production, and retrofitting in compliance with specifications
• Planning and availability checks as well as release of production orders
• Provision of production documents
• Scheduling prefabricated assemblies and deliveries according to schedule
• Coordinating production dates, considering material availability and capacities
• Supporting strategic and operational missing parts management
• Participating in the development of detailed control processes
• Carrying out technical order completion

Qualifications you should have:

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable training
• Professional experience in production or manufacturing
• Proficient in SAP R3 (PP and CS modules)
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
