• Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of Arrow’s products, services, and solutions to guide customers effectively.
• Problem-solving skills: Troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.
• Design expertise: Assist in designing and developing custom solutions.
• Product validation: Collaborate with suppliers on product validation to meet standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with customers and internal teams to develop solutions.
• Key Point of Contact: Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, providing guidance on development kits, reference designs, software libraries, and component selection.
• System cost reduction advice: Suggest solutions to optimize BOM costs and improve part availability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field obtained before October 2023 or within the last 2 years.
• Business fluency in German and English (oral & written).
• Sound knowledge of Electronics Engineering concepts.
• Understanding of current technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive interaction with team and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new platforms and systems innovatively.
• Flexibility and geographical mobility.
• Creative, innovative thinker willing to share ideas.
