Job Description

Renesas is looking for a high-profile Technician Wafertest Probecards (m/w/d) for our test center in Dresden, Germany.

You are enthusiastic about technical contexts and are characterized by a structured and, above all, careful way of working. You enjoy working in a team and looking for the best solution together. The Job

1. Responsible technically for performing inspection and repair tasks on probe cards and assemblies for electrical contacting in the test area.
2. Independent fault localization and subsequent repair of faults on electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
3. Evaluation of operating parameters and development of proposals for process improvement.
4. Work closely with probe card, process engineers, and the manufacturers to troubleshoot problems and further develop contact technologies.
5. Implementation of training measures for shift personnel.
6. Careful and transparent documentation of your work.

Qualifications

• Skilled worker degree in the field of electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or comparable.
• Pleasure in practical work.
• High sense of quality and responsibility.
• High level of concentration, very good fine motor skills, as well as three-dimensional vision at the microscope.
• Independent, engaged, and goal-oriented way of working and motivation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and in a clean room.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
