Join our team as a Business Developer in the Sales department, where you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships. Your role involves selling our services to new businesses and consumers, helping to reimagine the labor market for everyone.

Your responsibilities:
  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Negotiate effectively and persuade potential clients.
  • Connect easily with potential clients.
  • Achieve KPIs, deadlines, and monthly targets with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are assets.
