Job Description

  • Your role involves organizing live golf broadcasts, managing and planning live golf programs in Munich, and covering golf on all Sky platforms.
  • You will comment on golf broadcasts, be on-site at various tournaments as a reporter, and support the development of new formats.
  • You are responsible for researching topics independently for commentary and reporting assignments.
  • You will contribute to developing golf content for all linear and digital Sky platforms.
  • You handle the coordination and acquisition of experts, co-commentators, and interview requests.
  • You will drive the creation of linear and digital content and act as the communication interface with players, golf organizers, and associations.
What you'll bring
  • A degree in media economics or sports science, completed traineeship, and 5-6 years of professional experience in a TV sports editorial office.
  • Extensive expertise and good contacts in the field of golf.
  • Experience as a sequence editor, head of broadcasting, reporter, filmmaker, or commentator.
  • A keen sense for current topics, journalistic implementation skills, high creativity, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility for weekend and shift work, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Excellent German and good English skills.
