How you will create an impact:

• Manage several projects, interact with clients, and develop top-line growth strategies
• Address complex issues and craft solutions with your project teams
• Develop IT strategies, design system architecture, and optimize clients’ technology landscapes
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Build expertise in Growth Technology areas and the overall tech market
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to company growth
• Contribute to activities outside of project work, such as speaking engagements and content creation

About you:

• Excellent academic degree in business, IT, engineering, or science
• At least 3 years of consulting or industry experience, focusing on pricing, marketing, or sales software
• Good understanding of vendor selection, RFP/RFI processes, and related software
• Up-to-date with industry trends and eager to learn new software
• Experience in developing technical and business specifications
• Knowledge of IT landscape and architecture for organizations of various sizes
• Proven success in managing small teams with a positive management style
• Ability to manage strategic projects and engage stakeholders effectively
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
